The back ground of 'Hef Hazno Inspection Services goes as far back, as the early days of being a senior inspector at the Wellington City Council. This all sprang back in June 1989 to 2000, when Senior Inspector H Flannigan was solidly grounded and experienced in the field of hazardous substances and dangerous goods. After his departure at the W.C.C. as chief inspector Osh had offered to hire and employ H.Flannigan as a full time member of this government department, in which he worked for 4 years prior to his retirement.
